1. Information We Collect

Email Address: To send your requested report and career-related updates.

Phone Number: To notify you about future career management products (only with your explicit consent).

Documents and content you provide. When you use Epic Careering tools, you may upload supporting documents such as résumés, performance evaluations, kudos, internal job descriptions, job postings, and assessment results. You may also create content inside the tools, including conversation transcripts and branding points.

2. How We Use Your Information

Email: Deliver your report, insights, and career tips. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Phone Number: Send SMS updates about new tools or services (e.g., coaching apps, webinars).

Not currently in use—we’ll seek fresh consent before launching SMS campaigns.

Documents and content. We use what you upload and what you create only to produce your career materials and to deliver the services you purchased. We do not sell it. We do not share it with other clients. We do not use it to train AI models.

3. AI Processing

Epic Careering tools use third-party artificial intelligence services to process your content. Your documents and conversations are sent to those providers only to generate your results. Epic Careering selects providers that do not use customer content to train their models.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your documents and generated content for the length of your access period and for 3 years after it ends, so that returning clients do not have to start over.

You may ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We remove it within 30 days of your request, except where we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Consent Rules

Texts: Separate checkbox for SMS consent (TCPA).

6. Data Sharing & Security

No Sale: We never sell your data.Service

Providers: Partner only with GDPR/TCPA-compliant vendors.

Protection: Encryption, access controls, and regular audits.

7. SMS-Specific Disclosures

Frequency: Occasional messages (e.g., product launches).Carrier Liability: Delivery not guaranteed; carriers aren’t liable for delays.Reassigned Numbers: We’ll remove numbers flagged by the FCC’s reassigned database.
