Revision Process

❉    Each writing engagement includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

❉    Requests for revisions must be communicated clearly in writing within 5 business days of receiving the draft.

❉    Revision turnaround times will typically be 2–5 business days, depending on the scope of changes requested.

Feedback & Quality Review

❉    We encourage open communication if you are less than 100% satisfied.

❉    After the third round of revisions, if concerns remain, Epic Career Suite will conduct an internal quality review to evaluate whether the product and process meet our high internal standards.

❉    Refunds are not automatic; they are determined following this review to ensure fairness to both our clients and our carefully vetted, highly skilled team members.

❉    We respect the integrity of our talent and safeguard against fraudulent use of our services.

2. Coaching Services

Purpose & Scope

Epic Careering provides coaching in areas including career decision-making, job search management and momentum, interviewing, compensation negotiation, and executive leadership. Our systems and methods are proven; however, we make no guarantees of specific results due to variables outside of our control.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Eligible Programs

❉    For coaching programs over $3,000, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee: if we have not delivered on our promise to increase your confidence to at least 80–100% in the specified area of coaching, your investment in coaching will be refunded and any/all access to related membership or subscription products or services will be terminated.

❉    If any other purchases were made at the same time, such as professional writing or branding services, AI products, or affiliate offers, they are subject to their own satisfaction and refund conditions.

❉    To request a refund under this guarantee, clients must demonstrate full participation in the program (completion of assigned exercises, attendance in scheduled sessions, and communication of challenges).

Exclusions

Epic Careering does not claim the expertise to resolve challenges that require clinical or medical intervention, including but not limited to: PTSD, clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, TBIs, or conditions resulting in long-term disability.

Clients with these conditions are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care.

Use of AI

Epic Careering incorporates artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, creativity, and personalization of our solutions. While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unintended nuances.

4. General Terms

Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are due as agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

Refunds are limited to the conditions outlined above (Writing Services internal review, Coaching Services 90-day guarantee, AI disclaimer).

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, communications, and personal information as confidential and will not disclose them without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Epic Careering operates.
